Nymph

This is an photograph I took in Nymphenburg, Germany.

It’s the first time I use a texture, and I believe it’s a darn good first shot, seeing as the image is very expressive, and quite powerful as impact (not just in my opinion, and yes, I accept the “World’s Most Modest Artist” Award, thank you).
All credits for the texture go to, well, me. I scanned the first pages from a quite a few extremely old books, and started editing them in Photoshop until I got the texture I wanted

And just in case this would be one of your comments in relation to the image: No I couldn't remove the date without altering the picture's quality, sad I know, I will try again however, and this is a picture I took when I was on vacation, therefore I wanted the date on them so when I'll look at them at the young age of 150 I'll know exactly when they were taken

Yay, my favourite deviation no longer has that horrible date on it, and we all have Eternal-aphelionto thank for this, for being sweet enough to edit the image and remove the date. And I didn’t even mention the most important part, I didn’t even ask for that, she just decided to help me because she is so very wonderful. The picture looks wicked without the date now, and the difference between the original and this is huge.
